Q: Are your items authentic?

Yes! Everything is sourced from official Pop Mart store, website, or Official Pop Mart Tiktok Shop Live.

Q: Do you open blind boxes?

We offer both sealed and “verified” options (opened from the bottom to confirm character).

Q: Can I request a specific character?

For “opened to confirm” items, yes! You’ll see the exact character listed. For sealed blind boxes, it’s a surprise and can’t be guaranteed.

Q: When will my order ship?

Within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on the way!

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectibles and limited quantities, we don’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your order before checking out 💌

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update, especially during weekends or holidays.

Packaging
All items are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery. We never ship collectibles in envelopes or unprotected packaging — only in boxes or padded mailers, sealed with care.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Kumo Shop is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
